All orders are shipped from our location in Fremont, California via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail and are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information that can be used to follow your package directly through the USPS website. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on the destination, while USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 1–3 business days, and final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses, and orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes via Priority Express. While we take care to package every order securely, once a package is shipped, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of USPS, and we are not liable for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office first, and if further assistance is needed, you may email us at tagdupjewelry@gmail.com. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged product and packaging so that we can assist with a replacement or claim. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
